Not long ago Jake was featured in the Cairns Post entitled ‘A cut above the rest’. The article was all about young achievers and how great it was that Jake, at age 20, was out and about going beyond the call of duty in his role at Scott’s Mowing. While most young 20 years olds are out till all hours, Jake is making the most of weekdays and earning more then what an average 40 year old would bring home. No job is too big or too small for Jake to handle. His dedication to work and his clients has been nothing short of outstanding and the feedback that is given is always of a positive nature.
Scott’s Mowing is a small business which is fast becoming a well known lawn mowing company within Cairns. Scott’s motto is ‘to be bigger than his mate Jim’ which is fast becoming a reality. “What started out as a business to help me achieve my dream of owning a boat, has now become a business I could possibly franchise in a few years time!”
